Tigrolux - polyurethane self-leveling floor

Tigrolux-poliyurethane self-leveling floor consists of coatings system:

• Tigrolux-polyurethane primer 
• Tigrolux-polyurethane self-leveling floor coating 
• Tigrolux-poliurethane top-coat

It is applied to clean concrete surfaces, minimum grade MB 30 and maximum humidity 4%.

Minimum working temperature is 10ºC.

The floor must be water insulationed.

Tigrolux-polyurethane self-leveling floor was tested at The institute IMS - Belgrade, adhesion, abrasion, elasticity, chemical resistance, fire resistance and at the Institute for Public Health "Dr. Milan Jovanovic-Batut", Belgrade, certificate for sanitary using.

It is ideal for hospitals, production halls, food-processing industry, warehouses, and for all other areas rooms requiring exceptional cleanliness and easy maintenance.

Tigrolux - PU primer

Tigrolux - PU primer is intended for achievement of as well as possible bond between concrete and self-leveling polyuretane floor coating. It is characterized by good mechanical properties.

Tigrolux - PU self-leveling floor coating is used as a thick layer coat for various kinds of floor ( first of all concrete, but also asphalt, ferro-concrete, etc.). It is characterized by good impact strenght, stability, high brightness, good mechanical properties and resistance to chemicals, water and solvents.

Tigrolux- PU top coat     

Tigrolux- PU top coat is used as final thin layer decorative coat applied over Tigrolux- PU self-leveling floor coating in case of its exposure to outside conditions( at the first place to UV radiation).It is characterized by good impact strenght, stability, resistance to abrasion, elasticity and chemical resistance. It is ideal for hospitals, production halls, food-processing industry, warehouses, and for all other areas rooms requiring exceptional cleanliness and easy maintenance.
